Job Summary
Hospitalist needed at MercyOne Waterloo/Cedar Falls campuses. Provides inpatient hospital medicine with an open ICU (intensivist coverage available) and opportunities to perform procedures (not mandatory). 168 shifts per year on a 7 on/7 off schedule with shifts spanning 7am–7pm, 7pm–7am, and 9am–9pm. MercyOne locations include Waterloo and Cedar Falls in Iowa. Includes a $280K salary guarantee, a $50K commencement bonus, and a $15K moving allowance, plus comprehensive benefits and CME support.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO required for Hospitalist role
- Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Inpatient hospital medicine experience preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to work 168 shifts per year and be flexible with shifts
