Job Summary
Hospitalist Office Coordinator supports efficient office administration for the department, develops and oversees inter- and intra-departmental communications, oversees supply management and financial reconciliations, maintains scheduling for department management/providers, drafts and organizes memos, emails, and other communications, develops records management systems, compiles routine reports, answers multi-line phones, assists with orientation and training of new coworkers, and coordinates various information flows and problem resolution across staff and external participants. Weekend and holiday rotations apply; schedule is 6am-2pm with travel required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related administrative tasks is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate's Degree preferred
- 2 years Healthcare secretarial experience
- TRAVEL IS REQUIRED
