Job Summary
Hospitalist (NP/PA) role in a hospital-employed, part-time .85 FTE position with full-time benefits, based in Great Falls, MT. Schedule includes 7 on, 10 off, 4 on, 7 off with day shifts 7:00 am–7:00 pm. Works within a 36-bed acute care hospital with on-site support from Telemed Critical Care/Pulmonology and other specialists. Responsibilities emphasize hospitalist duties with a nursing ratio around 1:5, involvement in an environment with on-call specialists, and a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. Compensation is based on experience and productivity, with incentives including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits (401(k) with match, PTO, CME allowance, licensure fees, malpractice tail coverage, health/dental/vision, life insurance).
