Job Summary
Hospital-employed, part-time .85 FTE Hospitalist role in Great Falls, MT seeking an Experienced hospitalist (NP/PA) to join our expanding health system. The program is housed within a 36-bed acute care hospital with Telemed Critical Care/Pulmonology on-call specialists. Schedule is 7 on, 10 off, 4 on, 7 off with day shifts from 7:00 am–7:00 pm. Requires experience as an NP/PA in hospitalist duties; MD on staff; 1:5 nursing patient ratio based on acuity; daily census ~15 patients; open ICU and cath lab capabilities; sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match, PTO + CME, licensure dues, and tail malpractice coverage. Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years direct hospitalist experience and Montana licensure, with a patient-centered approach and ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
