Job Summary
Per Diem Hospitalist Nocturnist responsible for delivering high-quality inpatient care to adult patients while playing a central educator role in the Internal Medicine residency program. You will guide and teach residents and medical students, contributing to the education of tomorrow’s physicians, within a collaborative environment. The position offers a per-diem schedule, autonomy in clinical practice, and a competitive total rewards package with benefits. Responsibilities center on outstanding patient care, clinical leadership in education, and active participation in the residency program. Licensure and credentials in NJ (including DEA and CDS) are required or eligible, with Board Certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of post-residency experience as a Hospitalist is required
- Completion of an Internal Medicine residency at an accredited US program
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Must hold or be eligible for a NJ Medical License, DEA, and CDS
