Job Summary
Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during day and night shifts on an on-site basis at a Level II Trauma tertiary facility in Washington. Conduct 12-hour day rounds covering 14-17 patients, managing occasional downgrades or admissions as part of the day hybrid role. Complete documentation using EPIC EMR. This 385-bed medical hub serves as a major regional patient population center within an integrated health system that maintains established clinical protocols and resources for quality inpatient care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- MD
- Board certification required
- Must be available for day shifts
- Must be available for night shifts
- Must be available for 14 shifts per month
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
- Must be able to round on 14-17 patients
- Must be able to handle occasional downgrades or admissions
- Must be able to work on-site
- Must be able to use EPIC EMR
