Conduct admissions, discharges, consults, and transfers for the general medicine and medical intermediate units within a closed ICU setting. Manage patient care with no direct ICU clinical responsibilities, supported by midlevel providers. Work seven days on with seven days off from 7am to 7pm exclusively on day shifts. The program includes eight physicians, four APPs, and experienced support staff serving over 300K residents in Champaign, IL.
