Job Summary
Hospitalist role providing direct inpatient care across Salt Lake Valley hospitals (Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Alta View Hospital in Sandy, and LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City). Collaborate with a nurse coordinator, participate in teaching Internal Medicine residents and medical students, and contribute to inpatient teams with occasional swing/night coverage by Nocturnists. Offers include a $15,000 starting bonus, relocation assistance (distance-dependent), and a Value Recognition Payment up to $20,000 annually based on quality goals and performance. Requires MD/DO, Internal Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, Utah license or ability to obtain one, BLS, and successful credentialing. PSLF-eligible as a 501c3 employer. Work location is in Utah with 40 scheduled hours per week. Salary is not fixed and is described in the posting as hourly with a wide range; benefits package and comprehensive professional support are provided.
Required Qualifications

- Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one
- BLS Certification
