Job Summary
Hospitalist opportunity in Rio Rancho, NM with a well-established team of physicians and advanced practitioners. Day and nocturnist positions available on a 7-on/7-off schedule in a smaller community hospital with a closed ICU. Procedures include paracentesis (2 per month), lumbar puncture (usually <1 per month), thoracenteses, and small-bore chest tube insertions (2 per month; pulmonology consults available). Not a visa-sponsored role. Competitive base salaries: Days $333k+; Nights $384k+. Comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, 401k with matching, paid malpractice, and more. Not visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in New Mexico
- Authorized to work in the United States
