Job Summary
Provide inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support. Manage ICU patients independently without intensivist backup, demonstrating comfort with vent management while avoiding procedural duties. Board-certified or eligible internal medicine physicians are required, with family medicine candidates considered if they possess demonstrated hospitalist experience. Full-time positions operate on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation to support work-life balance. Annual compensation ranges from $370k to $400k based on shift commitment and incentives, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including paid malpractice, 401K matching, and an annual CME allowance.
