Hospitalist, Hospital Medicine Medical

Manage obstetric emergencies, labor management, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, OB procedures, triage, and ED consults. Provide postpartum care, support private practice OB/GYNs, collaborate with staff, and participate in safety initiatives. Full-time employment requires a minimum of five 24-hour shifts monthly with no call, clinic, or office management duties. Guaranteed shifts and flexible self-scheduling include 21 days off per month. Located at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA, this role serves the South Sound community through a 361-bed regional medical center featuring a Level III NICU and all-private labor and delivery suites.
