Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with specialists and behavioral health teams. Manage a schedule of nine days and three nights per month, including day and night shifts, within an integrated practice model. Maintain board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice while delivering compassionate care to a diverse community in Yolo County.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Active California medical license
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in working collaboratively within a multi-specialty group
- Interest in a mix of day and night shifts (nine days, three nights per month)
- Possess a strong clinical background in Primary Care
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Experienced at understanding integrated care models
- Experienced at fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals
