Job Summary
Cover acute floors and an 8-bed open ICU on 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am, working a 7-on/7-off rotation with a commitment to 7 straight nights. Respond to codes and rapid responses, admit patients, and perform intubations and central lines if qualified. Provide medical co-management for the Behavioral Health unit at night. Complete orientation including EMR training and shadowing to receive expedited locum privileges. Paid travel and lodging included. Located in Pulaski, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Residency trained
- ATLS
- ACLS
- BALS
- Active state license
- Experience with intubation
- Experience with central line placement
- Experience with codes
- Experience with rapid responses
- Experience with admissions
- Experience with medical co-management for Behavioral Health
- Ability to sign collaborative agreement
- Availability for night shift
- Availability for 7 on/7 off schedule
- Availability for 7pm to 7am shift times
