Job Summary
Train staff on kennel, CRS, and technician procedures while ensuring proper protocols for pet handling and client interactions. Direct hospital operations by managing daily, weekly, and monthly task lists, overseeing team meetings, and addressing client concerns. Take on Hospital Manager duties including employee scheduling, billing processes, and financial goal oversight when the manager is absent. Maintain client service standards and understand hospital flow for appointment and doctor scheduling. Supervise CRS staff and technical personnel to maximize hospital opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy for pets, clients, and staff
- Competent Teacher
- Problem Solver
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Ability to learn and understand hospital flow, client appointment scheduling and employee/doctor scheduling in order to maximize hospital opportunities
- Ability to maintain the hospital's client service standards
- Oversight over completion of daily, weekly, or monthly hospital task lists
- A general understanding of hospital financial goals
