Job Summary
Monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers at healthcare facilities for programs including Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. Interact professionally with onsite staff to ensure service expectations are met while maintaining a rigid collection schedule and communicating duty status. Travel between assigned locations Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, adhering to safety protocols and complying with mandatory immunization requirements. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 65 pounds. Parking and mileage reimbursement are available.
Required Qualifications
- on-site presence at WMHS customer locations
- compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers
- Valid Driver's License
- strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols
- subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‐employment screening, post‐incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity
- equivalent in related work experience
- demonstrating strong communication skills
- tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations
- preferred education requirement
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
