Job Summary
Monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers at healthcare facilities for WM Healthcare Solutions programs, including Sharps, Pharmaceutical, Controlled Substance, and Document Management services. Travel between assigned customer locations on a rigid schedule while maintaining professional interactions with onsite staff. Communicate duty status according to defined schedules and comply with all safety protocols and mandatory immunization requirements. Operate in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather. This safety-sensitive role requires a valid driver's license and two years of customer service experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- on-site presence at WMHS customer locations
- compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers
- Valid Driver's License
- strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols
- subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‐employment screening, post‐incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity
- equivalent in related work experience
- demonstrating strong communication skills
- tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations
- preferred education requirement
