Job Summary
Monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers at healthcare facilities for WMHS programs including Sharps, Pharmaceutical, and Document Management. Travel between assigned customer locations to proactively service waste containers while maintaining a rigid collection schedule. Interact professionally with onsite staff to ensure service expectations are met. Maintain compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements and safety protocols. Operate in both indoor and outdoor conditions including inclement weather.
Required Qualifications
- on-site presence at WMHS customer locations
- compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers
- Valid Driver's License
- strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols
- subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‐employment screening, post‐incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity
- equivalent in related work experience
- demonstrating strong communication skills
- tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations
- preferred education requirement
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
