Job Summary
Travel between healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for programs including Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. Interact professionally with onsite staff to ensure service expectations are met, maintain a rigid collection schedule, and communicate duty status on a defined schedule. Perform other duties as assigned while complying with safety rules and mandatory immunization requirements. Requires a valid driver's license and on-site presence at customer locations. Roughly 30 hours per week with Monday-Friday shifts at the University of Louisville Jewish Hospital.
Required Qualifications

- compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity
- equivalent in related work experience
- demonstrating strong communication skills
- tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations
- preferred education requirement
