Job Summary
LifeShare is seeking a Blood Products Distribution Technician to join our hospital services team. The role involves driving to donor collection sites, retrieving blood products, receiving and fulfilling customer orders, packaging and delivering blood and components to healthcare facilities and other centers, and maintaining inventory levels. Duties include preparing apheresis products, monitoring stock, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call rotation
- Must be able to read and discern packaging labels and document orders
- Must be able to operate a Company vehicle
