Job Summary
Travels between healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for Stericycle programs (including Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management). Acts as backup for Hospital Services Technicians, installs products, surveys accounts, and assists with asset/inventory management. Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to meet or exceed service expectations; may travel to assigned areas to resolve customer questions and issues. Maintains a rigid service schedule, may assist with installs, and communicates duty status as part of a defined schedule. Role involves extensive lifting, walking, bending, and pushing; works in a mix between office and plant/field environments. Pay is $19/hour (hybrid position).
Required Qualifications
- On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with mandatory immunization requirements
