Job Summary
Hospital Services Representative Technician responsible for component preparation, distribution, and courier duties for blood products, including Whole Blood, Red Blood Cells, Plasma preparations, and related quality control tasks. Must perform daily/weekly/monthly quality checks, maintain temperature monitoring, manage labeling and handling of blood components, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Requires ability to drive safely, lift up to 50 pounds, communicate effectively in English, and use basic Microsoft Office tools. Training includes iWELCOME, iLEAD, cGMP/Sexual Harassment/Diversity training, and blood establishment computer systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid driver’s license in good standing
