Job Summary
Hospital Services Coordinator provides liaison and relationship-building with assigned hospitals in the Southwest Transplant Alliance region to promote organ/donor donation processes. Responsibilities include educating hospital staff (nurses, physicians, and others), developing and promoting policies/procedures related to donation, monitoring referral/donation patterns, conducting post-donation case reviews, coordinating with STA Family Services and Aftercare, and collaborating with hospital leadership to sustain cross-departmental cooperation for optimal donation outcomes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years healthcare/physician-relations experience (preferred), at least 1 year in a hospital or similar setting, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to travel (light travel, aircraft or driving), a current driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The position emphasizes in-person engagement with hospital partners, ongoing education, data/documents management, and participation in quality initiatives and donor-process optimization.”,
