Job Summary
Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables. Confidently communicate with clinical staff regarding equipment features and functionality while picking up, cleaning, and processing all gear following company and hospital protocols. Maintain professional relationships with hospital personnel and act as a subject-matter expert in customer service to ensure efficient equipment flow. Work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with holidays required and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule. This role supports Agiliti's nationwide equipment value management framework, helping hospitals reclaim wasted spending and free clinicians to care for patients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Prior work experience in hospital setting
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
- Monday- Friday 7a- 3:30p holidays are required
