Job Summary
Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables. Confidently communicate with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality while maintaining professional relationships with all hospital personnel. Pick up, clean, and process all equipment following company and hospital protocols to ensure quality service and meet customer metrics. Work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and evenings, including holidays and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule. This role supports Agiliti's Equipment Value Management framework, helping hospitals reclaim wasted spending by connecting broken medical equipment processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer skills
