Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed, actively supervising resident care and developing assignments in coordination with care partners. Maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction while incorporating the facility's philosophy for person-directed care. Full-time position with rotating shifts (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM), weekend and on-call requirements. Current RN license and CPR certification required; senior care or sub-acute experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
