Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability. Incorporate the facility's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" into daily operations. This full-time, benefitted role requires a current RN license and CPR certification, with a rotating schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM including weekends and on-call duties. Required Qualifications
