Job Summary
Ensure a safe environment for residents while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and initiating care plans. Supervise resident care and develop assignments in coordination with care partners, keeping team members accountable for resident satisfaction. Incorporate the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care into daily duties. Full-time, benefitted position with a rotating schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, including weekends and on-call requirements. Pay ranges from $42.50 to $52.79 hourly based on experience. New grads are welcome to join this award-winning team at the Terraces at Summitview.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, rotating schedule, weekend and on-call required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
