Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients as-needed in a hospital setting, delivering patient-centered therapy services including evaluation, therapeutic interventions, patient education, and use of modalities. Perform duties in accordance with established clinical protocols, professional standards, and departmental guidelines while supporting the mission of MSRH. Support inpatient care needs based on variable scheduling, patient volume, and operational demand. Work under the supervision of departmental leadership with flexibility to cover variable shifts, including on-call coverage and call-backs as needed.
