Job Summary
Execute the system's strategic vision by translating organizational goals into actionable, localized plans for your specific entity. Lead teams in daily management, budget oversight, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and high-quality patient care. Engage with community stakeholders, local leaders, and patient populations to build strong relationships and solidify presence. Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial health. Conduct quarterly reviews of facility standards in partnership with administrative and clinical staff to drive continuous improvement. Optimize clinical operations by integrating local health delivery metrics and engaging physicians in standardizing care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- M.H.A., M.B.A., or M.S. in healthcare administration, business administration, public health administration or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Leadership Executive in a healthcare facility
