Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens for testing and analysis while maintaining accurate patient and specimen information logs. Enter patient data timely and process billing information to collect payments. Provide superior customer service to all patients and handle administrative clerical duties as necessary. Work a rotating schedule from 4:30am to 1:00pm across varying days, with flexibility for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience as a phlebotomist
