Hospital - PACU RN II (3x12s)

Monitor vital signs, manage airways, and administer medications for pain and nausea to patients recovering from surgical procedures. Respond promptly to recovery-related complications while collaborating with anesthesia providers, surgical teams, and inpatient units. Utilize strong assessment and critical thinking skills to support timely interventions and improve patient outcomes. Participate in shared governance, unit improvement efforts, and preceptorship of new staff. This role involves delivering high-quality post-anesthesia nursing care in a 3x12s schedule.
