Job Summary
Coordinate hospital operations and throughput by serving as Charge Nurse and providing overall direction for all departments. Assess, develop, implement, and revise standards, policies, and procedures to ensure personnel function within established expectations. Create an environment that monitors regulatory and practice changes while modeling service excellence. Provide bed assignments and liaise with all staff to ensure quality service reflecting the mission and philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or Higher Degree
- RN License in Maryland (Compact State as applicable)
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of ER experience required
- Full-time w/Weekend Commitment
- Day shift - 7:00am-7:30pm
