Hospital Operations Coordinator

Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager; manage equipment flow, inventory, and asset management; supervise HST personnel including training, performance reviews, and corrective actions; develop staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster cooperation across shifts; deliver on established metrics within the contracted agreement; assist with supervision and career development of FTEs; facilitate training and compliance with ASSET360 policies and procedures; support patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes; collaborate with the Operations Manager - Hospital to establish career paths and ensure a harmonious, high-retention work environment; require strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills; proficient with Word and Excel.
