Job Summary
Oversee daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager; lead the Asset360-based equipment and asset-management workflow, ensuring equipment flow, inventory accuracy, and resource allocation. Drive delivery on established metrics within the contract with the customer, and support team-building and career development for FTE staff. Provide supervision and training for HST personnel, facilitate daily tasks such as patient rounds and equipment deliveries, and ensure adherence to ASSET360 policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Operations Manager - Hospital to develop career-path opportunities, coach staff in problem solving and effective communication, and foster a harmonious work environment focused on staff retention. Possess strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of the technical and financial aspects of the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical or Management experience
- Detail-oriented
- Computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Ability to lead a diversified team and manage multiple tasks
- Experience supervising staff and conducting training or performance reviews
- Experience with staffing and scheduling in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with contract terms and customer-facing reporting
Desired Qualifications
