Job Summary
Hospital Manager sought for VCA Hualapai Animal Hospital in Las Vegas to lead administrative operations, mentor staff, oversee budgeting and profitability, and ensure high-quality patient care and client service. Responsibilities include directing veterinary, technical, and administrative staff, hiring and performance management in coordination with Regional Management, reviewing and optimizing the P&L with the Hospital Medical Director, budgeting with home office, and upholding an owner-mentality to ensure smooth hospital operations. The role also involves maintaining client/patient medical records, handling client complaints, and representing the hospital in professional communities. - 2 to 3 years of customer service and financial budget management experience
