Job Summary
Hospital Manager responsible for guiding people and operating the hospital VEG Way, driving culture, engagement, efficiency, growth, and financial health. Actively recruit, hire, onboard and develop VEG and hospital staff; ensure a mind-blowing patient/customer/VEG experience; maintain compliance, maintenance, and operational soundness; drive high-revenue, high-margin performance; grow VEG’s local reputation online and in media; build partnerships with referring vets and local businesses. Focus on leadership, people development, operations, and financial oversight to ensure the hospital delivers exceptional emergency veterinary care and remains a top employer in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience, including overseeing and scheduling teams of 50+

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse people
