Job Summary
Recruit, hire, onboard, and continuously develop staff while ensuring hospital compliance, maintenance, and operational soundness. Drive performance to achieve high revenue and margin targets, manage full P&L oversight including budgeting and accounts receivable, and build partnerships with referring veterinarians and local businesses. Deliver a superior experience for patients, customers, and employees by fostering an inclusive culture where staff feel valued and empowered. Maintain consistent on-floor presence, remain approachable in a noisy environment with strong odors, and work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.

- Leadership experience, including overseeing and scheduling teams of 50+

- Financial management experience, including full P&L oversight consisting of budgeting, payroll, and accounts receivable
- Operations management experience, including inventory and facility management
- Must be willing to work in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays on a rotating or as needed basis based on hospital needs
