Job Summary
Maintain and repair equipment including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems while ensuring a safe working environment. Keep accurate logs on all hospital equipment and maintain the building and its related systems. Read schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot issues effectively. Requires five years of experience in an acute healthcare setting, a valid state driver's license, and certification or licensure in a specified trade such as steam boiler or HVAC. Located at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, GA, this full-time day shift role (7am to 3:30pm) offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade that is relative to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc)
