Hospital Maintenance Mechanic

Complete job assignments for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Perform preventive maintenance procedures, including greasing motors, cleaning filters, and conducting electrical safety checks. Participate as a member of the fire response team and perform work in crisis situations when time is of the essence. Inspect the building during service calls, report problems to the Plant Operations office, and ensure all documentation, tool returns, and equipment tagging are completed accurately. Full-time position with on-call rotation.
