Job Summary
Hospital Liaison position responsible for institutional communications with patients, clients, and referral sources within designated facilities, including intake of orders, documentation for coverage criteria, and in-hospital setup for home-going oxygen and other modalities. Acts as a liaison between MSC and facility staff, maintains open communication with patients and referral sources, and markets services to case managers and other referral sources within the facility. Requirements include high school diploma or GED, at least one year of medical customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to drive as needed, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform setup tasks. This is a full-time role with benefits based in Cleveland, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of progressively responsible medical customer service experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and perform setup tasks
- Must be able to safely operate equipment and follow safety protocols
