Job Summary
Hospital Liaison responsible for performing all tasks relative to institutional communications with the patient/client and referral sources within designated facilities. Handles intake inquiries, collects documentation to meet coverage criteria, assists with in-hospital setups for home-going oxygen and other modalities, acts as liaison between MSC and facility staff, maintains open communication with patients and referral sources, markets services to Case Managers and referral sources, and performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to drive, hold a valid driver’s license, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform setup tasks throughout the workday.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent.
