Job Summary
Hospital Liaison role responsible for institutional communications with patients/clients and referral sources within designated facilities. Manages intake inquiries and documents to meet coverage criteria, assists with in-hospital set-ups for home-going oxygen and other modalities, and serves as a liaison between MSC and facility staff. Maintains open communication with patients/clients and referral sources, responds to questions, markets MSC services to Case Managers and other referral sources, and documents frequency of communications. Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to drive, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds; must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to perform setup tasks and safety procedures. Title indicates a full-time position with benefits, including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, retirement options, paid time off, and other employee programs.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent.
