Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals to drive patient referrals and admissions to skilled nursing facilities. Key responsibilities include managing and growing referral relationships with hospital staff, overseeing the admissions process to ensure smooth transitions for patients, developing and executing monthly sales strategies with the admissions team, and tracking sales activity, competitive trends, and referral sources. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant healthcare sales or marketing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (long-term care preferred)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems
