Hospital ICU Registered Nurse - RN - PRN Night Shift

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within ICU standards while managing hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator support for adult patients. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating individuals on illness management and post-treatment home care needs. Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance by developing and documenting individual plans of care with the interprofessional team. Prioritize communication of care plans across the continuum while assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to established guidelines. This PRN night shift covers a 12-bed medical/surgical unit with critical care physician management available on consult.
