Job Summary
Hospital Housekeeper at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah area. Duties include performing routine, unskilled and semi-skilled housekeeping across patient rooms, wards, lounges, laboratories, and offices following standard cleaning procedures; mixing water and chemicals per MSDS; operating cleaning equipment (mop, vacuum, buffer) and replenishing supplies; moving/dusting furniture; cleaning walls, windows, and fixtures; restocking dispensers; removing trash; and maintaining aseptic conditions per Medicare/Joint Commission requirements. Must be able to read and understand MSDS, follow safety guidelines, work as part of a team, and be able to participate in required screenings; scheduling is typically Full Time with evening shift hours. The role is located at Ft. Stewart, GA with base access requirements; OSHA/health-safety compliance and AbilityOne prioritization are noted. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write, and understand the English Language
