Job Summary
Part-time Hospital Housekeeper for 2nd shift at Valleywise Health Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. Performs cleaning across patient rooms, corridors, restrooms, lobbies, and other facilities on client premises. Responsibilities include cleaning and polishing surfaces, sweeping/vacuuming floors, dusting, waste disposal, replenishing bathroom supplies, and transporting small equipment between departments. Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent, be able to follow written/verbal instructions in English, and comply with post-offer medical, background screening, and drug testing. Annual influenza vaccination is required unless exempt. Weekend availability and ability to work holidays are needed; shift is 3:00PM–11:30PM with weekend differential and up to 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent
- Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
- Annual Influenza (flu) immunization required unless medical/religious exemption
- Experience in janitorial industry preferred
- Medical environment cleaning a plus
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
