Hospital Homebound Teacher

Coordinate HHB educational and instructional services for students by communicating with classroom teachers regarding curriculum and testing needs. Communicate with HHB parent/guardians to set up instructional sessions, then provide direct instruction in-person, virtually, or via other approved formats as determined by the Education Service Plan or IEP. Participate in Education Service Plan meetings as available. Maintain all licenses and certifications while ensuring personal transportation is available for occasional exertion of up to 20 pounds. This role serves as a non-exempt, as-needed position within the HHB program.
