Hospital Greeter - FT or PT

Hospital Greeter responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience for patients and visitors; duties include greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding, screening and data entry into hospital software, enforcing entrance policies (masking, visitor restrictions), supporting safety/infection-control practices, assisting with doors and wheelchair needs, monitoring public areas for safety, and coordinating with security and valet teams. Must deliver exceptional customer service, have a valid driver’s license, and communicate effectively; prior related experience is strongly preferred.
