Job Summary
Urgent Care and Family Practice opportunity with hospital employment in West Union, OH. Open 7 days/week from 8am–8pm. Competitive base salaries with MGMA-based tiers and potential switch to a wRVU production contract. Includes comprehensive benefits: PTO, CME/Books & Journals, 457b/403b retirement options, moving expenses, malpractice coverage, sign-on bonus, and residency stipend potential. Practice location is West Union Family Health Center with 12-hour shifts (two-week pay period) and a patient load of ~30 per day; opportunities for teaching with Medical Students/Residents through SOMC. Requires ability to move quickly, establish treatment plans, complete charts timely, and participate in Antibiotic Stewardship. Eligible for clinical adjunct faculty status with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. All employment contingent upon post-offer physical, drug test, and background check.
