Job Summary
Hospital-employed Urgent Care opportunity in West Union, OH, functioning with Urgent Care and Family Practice; schedule includes 7 days per week, 8am-8pm; practice supports 2-year guaranteed base pay options followed by possible wRVU production contract. Responsibilities include moving at a quick pace, making quick initial assessments and treatment plans, timely chart completion, and participation in Antibiotic Stewardship. Practice environment includes 1 nurse per provider, 2 providers per day, with a patient load around 30 per day; includes lab, x-ray, and pharmacy on-site, with CT/MRI by appointment. Opportunities for CME/books, residency/staff teaching, and loan repayment/residency stipend; relocation moving expense up to $10,000, sign-on bonus up to 15% of base salary, and potential additional benefits (PTO, 457b, 403b, and retirement matches). Not-for-profit SOMC system with educational affiliations and a broad service area; employment contingent on post-offer checks.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
